Returns Policy
Fazio's Fine Jewelry and Fazio's Cat Jewelry has a comprehensive Returns Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we offer 100% refund. Please read the following conditions:
Item must be returned in new condition.
Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Item must include all packaging material.
Item must be shipped via USPS Insured mail.
All shippping and insurance charges are to be paid by the buyer.
There is never a restocking fee for returned merchandise.
We don't want any client to keep an item that they do not want to keep.
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly if done electronically. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note, if done electronically your processing time will be much shorter.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All FAZIO Designs also come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. We can offer this because we are so confident in our statement, "All Fazio Designs are custom carved, individually cast and hand finished". Oh Yes, we have no doubt that your FAZIO Design will outlast you and can be handed down to a future generation.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations due to destination restrictions.
Shipping within the USA is a flat $5.00 (some restriction apply). Every item is insured at no extra charge to you. International shipping is $25 - $50 and usually ships USPS Registered Mail. We do not ship anywhere we cannot use USPS Express or registered Mail. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. Depending on your location your delivery date will be between 3-5 days within the USA and 14 business days to most international locations. Most items are shipped within 48 hours. If you have chosen custom gemstone eyes please allow 4 additional days for setting.
We do not pay any customs fees, duty, VAT charges or fees your country may require. Your signature is required for delivery of most of our items for security reasons.
